But I doubt that’s the case with Buffalo Bill’s because that casino has been on the decline financially even before the pandemic, I think it was probably the lowest earning Primm casino that also had the highest upkeep costs. Now it could be that they just chose to keep Buffalo Bill’s closed for longer, because Planet Hollywood and The Cromwell on the Vegas strip are both still closed despite the other resorts that are owned by Caesar’s Entertainment having been reopened. Including Buffalo Bill’s, there are 3 casinos in Primm and the other 2 have reopened while Buffalo Bill’s remains closed. Yes the casino did shut down for COVID, but most casinos that did shut down due to that have since reopened with social distancing and increased sanitizing protocols in place.
