
Before going down the stairs in this room, look on top of some grey barrels for the money bag. Enter the door with a sign that says "202" on it.
#3: After going down the first staircase into the burning landing, make your way to the end of the hallway. Look to the left and the money bag is near the explosive barrels. In the nearby hallway, enter the door on the right that opened.

The crane will drop a pile of wood, and on top of it is the money bag. On the wooden wall, connect the broken wires and move to the other side of the wall.

I wrote this in a way that worked consistently for me. I am aware there are multiple paths to get to each stack of money. I avoid using the term "ground floor" and use the word "first floor". This guide uses the American description for floors. Further, you can put the money in your truck and it will also count for completion. If you toss a stack of money from a roof and it lands in a yellow escape zone, it will not break and it will count for completion. I do not know the extent to which stacks of money can survive a fall, however, they can certainly take a beating. Stacks of money found in normal levels do burn.
