Protagonist Voice Acting – It’s really no surprise that your player is a silent protagonist as this has been executed in many RPGs.Yes, there are players who play the game for the romance option. It is an essential role to the RPG genre and it got fans wondering why Obsidian decided to take away this aspect. Surprisingly players can’t entirely flirt around in this game and it was a total bummer for some players. However, one particular option was missing, an option that many fans thought would be part of The Outer Worlds 2: romance. More Interactive Options – In the game, players have the option to make friends and enemies.We wish The Outer Worlds 2 can have that kind of verticality as well. In a sense, Cyberpunk 2077‘s verticality is one of the best things that happened to open-world gaming. However, we’ve gone beyond just having a lot of open areas that we can explore but not enter buildings or go anywhere we want. A More Open World – Some might argue that The Outer Worlds is already an open-world game.Xbox Developer Direct – Date, time, Bethesda games, more Besides, it’s best if we don’t rush the devs or we might get another Cyberpunk 2077 disaster… What we want to see in the Sequel With all that being said, don’t expect to play the game anytime soon. Sadly, we don’t have information if both games would be at least related to each other in some form. Reports have also mentioned that the next game won’t necessarily be a direct sequel and will most likely be a completely new storyline. The game is expected to be set in a new star system with a new crew. The devs made it clear in the trailer that their latest entry to the franchise is still early in the works. The Outer Worlds 2 is an Action-RPG Sticking to The Outer Worlds’ sarcastic tone. The only thing announced in their presentation was the title. As mentioned in the trailer, the developers haven’t finished the design, story, and gameplay. The teaser was completely honest to the audience which both made things more intriguing and funnier at the same time. Obsidian Entertainment released a reveal trailer in Microsoft’s E3 showcase for The Outer Worlds 2.
